About the event

The way we work on a daily basis is undergoing a major transformation.

Companies evolve, technologies develop and working in collaboration has now become essential.

The implementation of document sharing tools such as a DMS offers many advantages. Although dematerialization has accelerated recently, particularly under the constraint of teleworking, collaborative practices have not necessarily evolved.

Business DMSs exist and even if they are consulted daily, they often lack integration with other daily activities of employees: sharing documents of all kinds and communicating internally, co-editing or annotating to work together on documents, versioning them , capitalize on knowledge or increase skills, etc.

ELO integrated the requirements of collaborative work very early on in the design of its ECM (Enterprise Content Management) suite. Based on a reliable and secure architecture, users can collaborate within an ergonomic interface, allowing for example both to discuss on a "news feed" containing the codes of corporate social networks, as well as to initiate processes (workflows).

How to put documents back at the heart of the collaboration? Internally and externally? How to bring a business EDM already in place to life in the daily lives of employees? How to preserve business specificities for maximum ROI?
