The website www.adoc-solutions.eu (the Site) is the exclusive property of ADOC Solutions.
Consultation of the Site is subject to full acceptance and compliance by Internet users with the conditions of use described below.
The Internet user already agrees to make the information contained on the Site for personal and non-commercial use. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of this Charter, by the Internet user, his civil and/or criminal liability may be incurred.
1 – Content of the Site
The Site is operated by ADOC Solutions.
It offers Internet users a certain number of document management and dematerialization tools, as well as services for their implementation.
2 – Intellectual Property
The Site constitutes a work of which ADOC Solutions is the author within the meaning of articles L111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
ADOC Solutions is a registered trademark over which ADOC Solutions has exclusive exploitation rights. Any reproduction, use or affixing of said trademark without the prior authorization of ADOC Solutions is prohibited, in accordance with the provisions of article L713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
It is recalled that the photographs present on the Site are considered as works of the mind benefiting from the protection under copyright. Any unauthorized use of one or other of the photographs constitutes an act of counterfeiting as provided for in article L335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code
In general, the data, programs, musical samples, texts, information, logos, visual identities, animated or still images and their formatting appearing on the Site are the property of ADOC Solutions and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
All Internet users undertake not to use them and not to allow anyone to use these contents for illegal purposes.
Any representation or reproduction, total or partial, permanent or temporary, on a computer and/or paper medium, and by any process whatsoever (in particular by framing*), of one or other of the elements of the Site or services offered, without the prior and express consent of ADOC Solutions is prohibited, and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. Only paper printing is authorized for the purposes of private copying for the exclusive use of the copyist within the meaning of article L122-5 2° of the Intellectual Property Code.
No hypertext link to the Site may be installed without the prior and express consent of ADOC Solutions.

3 – Protection of personal data
3.1 – Mandatory or optional nature of answers
The Internet user can visit the Site without having to disclose his identity and provide personal information. However, he must identify himself to subscribe to the newsletter or contact ADOC Solutions from the Site. The personal data collected are the surname, first name and email address of the Internet user.
3.2 – Purpose of processing
The entry of this data is necessary for the processing of the request of the Internet user, by ADOC Solutions.
In addition to this information, the statistical tools have the possibility of storing IP addresses, as well as other information in order to establish the statistics of visits to the Site. An IP address is nothing more than a number automatically assigned to the computer by the access provider, when using the Internet.

3.3 – Data management
ADOC Solutions undertakes to comply with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and modified freedoms and to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the personal information entrusted.
No information of a personal nature will be communicated to third-party companies without the prior and informed consent of the Internet user.
4 – Cookies
A cookie is a text file deposited on the Internet user's hard drive by the server of the website visited by him. However, it does not identify the Internet user. It simply creates a random number that records information. Transient cookies are deleted from the Internet user's computer when the browser is closed. Permanent cookies remain stored on the Internet user's computer after the browser is closed, for a period of 15 minutes.
The cookies implemented by ADOC Solutions are intended to facilitate electronic communication. They are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service. Therefore, it is not essential to obtain the prior consent of the Internet user before its implementation.
The Internet user can nevertheless oppose the registration of "cookies" by configuring the browser.
5 – Liability
ADOC Solutions declines all responsibility for any malfunctions that may occur on the Site and lead to loss of data or unavailability of access to the information produced on it.
The elements presented on the Site are subject to change without notice and are made available to Internet users, without any guarantee of any kind, express or tacit.
The presence of hypertext links present on the Site - regardless of the prior existence or not of the agreement of ADOC Solutions - does not create joint and several liability between the latter and the owners of the other sites, as to the content of the sites on which the Internet user is redirected.
ADOC Solutions cannot guarantee the exhaustiveness and veracity of the information present on the Site. In the same way, it cannot guarantee the absence of modification by a third party (intrusion, virus).
In addition, the Internet user is solely responsible for the use he makes of the content of the Site. Barring exclusive gross negligence on the part of ADOC Solutions, it cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the information produced on the Site.
6 – Modification
ADOC Solutions reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, these conditions of use in order to adapt them to changes in the Site and/or its operation.
7 – Applicable law and Jurisdiction
All of the information disseminated on the Site and the use made of it is subject exclusively to French law. Only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Rennes are competent to hear any disputes related to the use of the Site.
