Population education is about people - how many of us there are, how we shape the world and how we interact with each other. And as a must-have program offering innovative lesson plans and professional development on human population growth and its effects, Population Education supports K-12 teachers in all content areas.

Our human population has grown from 1 billion to over 7 billion in just over 200 years and is expected to grow throughout this century, so it is essential to examine human impacts on wildlife, climate and natural resources. , while working towards equality and justice for the people of the world.
